Liz is currently a pastoral candidate at Old Bethel UMC where she serves in worship by assisting in the church’s mission to the world. She serves in leadership roles with Children’s Church, youth ministry, worship and praise band, scripture, and prayer. She also serves with Celebration Puppeteers, spreading a Christian message through puppetry.
Liz’s is pursuing a Master of Divinity to continue seeking and interpreting the Scripture. As she works toward her graduation in 2028, she hopes to be an ordained pastor in the coming future. Her goal is to continue as a servant of God by applying her years of experience and education. As she continues on her faith journey, working for the kingdom of God, it enlightens her to build her relationship with Christ.
Her interest in serving on the Metro board is to share her experience in communications and wherever her talents are needed. God equipped her with various qualities and with words of encouragement and diplomacy. As a board member, Liz brings these services to help God’s kingdom and His mission.
